Fiserv has advised that the issue affecting their Secure File Gateway (SFG) has been resolved. Settlement file transfers have resumed successfully.
We are continuing to monitor processing to ensure all outstanding settlement files are completed successfully. We will provide a further update once normal processing has been confirmed.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue affecting settlement file transfers to Fiserv. Fiserv has advised that they are also investigating an interruption affecting their Secure File Gateway (SFG).
Some merchants may experience delays to funding as a result. We are continuing to investigate the impact and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
